About Facial Studio
Hanna Mohr is the only esthetician in Poland who was trained and licensed in New York. She graduated from the Christine Valmy International School for Esthetics & Cosmetology, where she received the "honor’s diploma" and a letter of recommendation from the school (the highest distinction awarded). She worked at two leading skin care studios and later founded her own studio called Refuge Spa, all in Manhattan.
After returning to Poland in 2024, Hanna decided to open a studio concentrated on the foundational treatment of New York-style facials, where each treatment is a personalized journey designed exclusively for the needs of an individual client.
Hanna prioritizes healthy skin, restoring its natural balance and vitality using effective, non-invasive technologies that respect the integrity of the skin.
Hanna’s mission is to deliver the benefits of cosmetology in a simple and understandable way for everyone, so that everyone, without exception, has access to it. Education and sharing knowledge about skin care is her priority and passion. Her mission is also to show that taking care of the skin is part of everyday wellness and not an unnecessary luxury.

From entrance to exit, she pays attention to every detail: a pleasant atmosphere (the tempting fudge at the entrance), fresh flowers, relaxing music, cleanliness (not always a given), necessary information (but she doesn't pester me with conversation), and ensuring that every step of the treatment is performed perfectly. Her hands, her work tool, are very well-groomed (which is very important to me), and the massage she performs is… words fail to describe it.
